St. Catherine's British School, Athens
St. Catherine’s was established in 1956 in the grounds of the British Embassy in Athens. Although originally intended to provide education for children from Britain and the Commonwealth, it now teaches 1154 pupils, aged 3 to 18 years, from 54 nationalities from across the world. St Catherine’s has developed an outstanding academic and cross-curricular programme which has made it the first choice school for most local and expatriate families who wish their children to undertake a British education within an International context.
The COBIS Team was selected from our Year 5 and Year 6 classes and are all really looking forward to taking part in the forthcoming games in Kazakhstan. Our students are a great mix of strength, enthusiasm, determination and athletic talent. After hosting the successful games last year the students are keen to compete in a different country and experience its surroundings. |
